Privacy Policy

Celebration Candles & Cakes on the web (“the Site”), made by ChowChow Labs, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the Site.

1. Scenes

The scenes you create (chosen cakes and candles, their positions, stage colours, and any name, age or message you type) are stored in your browser. If you sign in, your saved scenes are also stored with your account so they appear on your other devices. They are never sent to advertisers or anyone else.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. If you sign in with Google, Apple or an emailed code, we store your email address and the sign-in provider so we can keep your scenes and Premium together. Accounts are stored with Supabase. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Advertising

The free version of the Site shows banner ads provided by Adsterra on browsing pages. No ads appear while a celebration is playing. Ads are shown in a sandboxed frame; the ad network may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads. Premium removes all ads.

4. Purchases

Premium (a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase) is sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment details; we never receive or store your card. Paddle tells us whether Premium is active for your account.

5. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell your personal information. The services that receive data are Supabase (accounts), Paddle (purchases) and Adsterra (ads), as described above, and Cloudflare, which hosts the Site.

6. Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Retention and deletion

Delete scenes in your browser any time with Settings › Reset all scenes. Deleting your account removes your email, the scenes saved to it and your web Premium.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page with a new effective date.
